Effect of Auxins on Rooting of In vitro Raised Shoots of Two Different Sugarcane Varieties

Three different auxins viz. NAA, IAA and IBA were tested alone and in combination for rooting responses under in vitro raised shoots. Out of three auxins (used at a concentration of 5.0 mg/l), NAA gave the best results showing highest frequency of rooting in the shoots of sugarcane varieties CoS 98259 & CoS 767.
