Dr Partha Ray Choudhury is the Principal Scientist (Plant Biotechnology), Seed Section, Crop Science Division, ICAR Head Quarters, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Road, New Delhi. Since 2000, Dr Choudhury is working at ICAR, New Delhi Head Quarter in various capacities.
Dr Choudhury obtained his PG degree in Agriculture from G.B. Pant Univ. of Agril. & Tech., Pantnagar in 1995 and PhD from National Institute for Plant Biotechnology (formerly - NRCPB), Indian Agricultural Research Institute), New Delhi in the year 2000.
Dr Choudhury published more than 35 research papers in peer-reviewed International & National Journals, guided more than 25 M.Sc. (Biotechnology) students during posting in ICAR Institutes and handled more than 15 Institute/National funded Projects during posting in ICAR Institutes.
