Dr. Suniti Kumar Kuriyal, currently serving as an Senior Assistant Professor at Pt. L. M. S. Campus (Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, Rishikesh) is dedicated to advancing education. His successful completion of research projects spans ‘Income-generating activities in Uttarkashi District, Nursery development’, ‘Plantation for checking soil erosion, Fruit processing of Leh Berry and income generation for SC population in the high Himalayan ranges’, and ‘The use of forest litter biomass for mushroom cultivation as an income source for the Jaunsari Tribal Population of Uttaranchal Rajya’.
Furthermore, Dr. Kuriyal is deeply involved in mentoring and guiding the next generation of scholars. He has undertaken the supervision of 2 doctoral students, guiding them through their Ph.D. research, thereby fostering the growth and development of budding researchers in the field of Soil Microbiogy, Biotechnology and Botany.
