Dr. Rizwana Tabassum

Dr Rizwana Tabassum was born in 1983 and obtained her higher education from prestigious Bareilly College, Bareilly. She obtained her PhD degree from J P Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in the year 2013 and qualified ICAR-NET in Agriculture Biotechnology during 2015.
Dr Rizwana worked in a DBT funded project entitled on High rate algal biomass production for food, feed, biochemicals and biofuels from November, 2010 to October, 2012 in CCUBGA, IARI, New Delhi. Later on she worked in an ICAR funded project on the Development of a bivalent marker vaccine against bovine herpesvirus-1 and brucella from November 2012 to May 2015 in Vaccine Development Lab., Division of Veterinary Biotechnology, IVRI,Izatnagar, Bareilly, UP.
Dr Rizwana also served the Shri Siddhi Vinayak Institute of Management, Bareilly from August 2016 to July 2017. She has 9 research publications to her credit which have been published in peer reviewed reputed journals. Her major interest is in Cyanobacterial isolate, their cultural manipulation and isothermal amplification.
