Agenda points:
1. Views on implementing more focused editorial and critical review practices for better coverage and enhancement in IF (Impact Factor).
2. Submission of more quality research articles and review articles on thematic areas by the scientists of this part of the world.
3. Life members will be eligible for being Fellow of SPR (FSPR) and all other Awards instituted by the society. They will be honored by an authenticated certificate from SPR (VEGETOS) and Springer Nature [https://www.vegetosindia.org/membership/type.php]
4. Annual members will be eligible for being on the panel of Editorial Board / Reviewer for the corresponding year. In addition, they will be honored by an authenticated certificate from VEGETOS & Springer Nature [https://www.vegetosindia.org/membership/type.php]
5. To work out the possibilities of developing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the scientific societies of the United states of America and Society for Plant Research (SPR) for holding scientific meetings & conferences, nominating scientists of eminence for conferring awards etc. in near future.
6. Any other suggestions by the elite group of learned scientists for the betterment of VEGETOS and esteemed scientific community.
