Abstract


Codonacanthus pauciflorus is little known medicinal plant species and is now reported from Bherjan-Borajan-Padumoni Wildlife Sanctuary, Assam. The ethnomedicinal information of this species is reported here for the first time. A detailed taxonomic description along with new ethnobotanical information and photographs are provided for easy identification of the species.
