Vegetos is currently published in collaboration with Springer Nature, and all submissions must comply with their standards.

The journal publishes high-quality research in plant sciences, biotechnology, environmental science, agriculture, and interdisciplinary domains.

  • Submit manuscripts via Editorial Manager
  • Ensure originality and exclusivity
  • Include a cover letter
  • Provide author details including ORCID

Research Articles, Review Articles, Short Communications, Case Studies, Editorials.

  • Title Page: Authors, affiliations, email, ORCID
  • Abstract: 150–250 words
  • Keywords: 4–6 keywords
  • Main Sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion
  • Conclusion & References

Important: Manuscripts not complying with these requirements may be returned without review.
  • The manuscript must be revised to meet the 3500-word limit (including references). Authors are requested to condense the content by removing overly elaborated text.
  • Ensure all required declarations are included:
    • Author Contributions
    • Data Availability Statement
    • Funding Information
    • Competing Interests
  • References must:
    • Follow author–year format (not numerical)
    • Be arranged in strict alphabetical order
    • Include DOIs wherever available
  • Ensure all previously requested revisions are properly addressed before resubmission.
  • Manuscripts not meeting these criteria will be returned for correction prior to further evaluation.

  • Minimum 300 dpi resolution
  • Accepted formats: TIFF, PNG, JPEG
  • Tables must be editable
  • Include proper captions

Follow Springer citation style. Include DOI wherever available and ensure consistency.

Mandatory: Strict adherence to ethical publishing standards.
  • No plagiarism or duplicate submission
  • Conflict of interest disclosure required
  • Human/animal ethics approval mandatory
